Amy Mills M.OMSc
Amy Mills has been a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Lifestyle Educator for over 16 years, and has completed her studying of Classical Osteopathy at Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Her philosophy and practice is to always deal with the root cause of the health concerns, not just the symptoms.
Her years of training as a health practitioner, have brought her to understand the multitude of different therapies that can be used to treat the body. This journey brought her to the study of Classic Osteopathy where the entire focus is on the whole body health. She believes the combination of Nutrition and rehabilitation manual therapy will help people achieve their health goals.
When not at work, Amy is usually found with her nose in a text book, or hanging out with her husband and 2 kids.
