Valerie graduated from the University of Waterloo in 2015 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She graduated from the Ontario College of Health and Technology and became registered in 2017.

Val recognizes and sees first hand the necessity of therapeutic massage in the improvement, maintenance and prevention of physical and mental aliments in all populations.

She has taken courses in Self care and Cupping therapy. Wanting to expand her skills, she plans to continue her education in but not limited to Structural integration, Pregnancy and Lymphatic drainage.

By infusing her knowledge as an R.M.T and a Kin grad she strives to find body balance, using a variety of tools.

When not in the clinic, Val enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
