Paula has been practicing as a Massage Therapist for 22 years in Hamilton as well as the Niagara Region. She is glad to be back working  in her home town of Beamsville for the past number of those years! Paula graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 1999. She has also done post-graduate courses in Infant Massage Instruction, Lymphatic Drainage, Osteopathic techniques, Hot Stone Massage, Kinesiology Taping and most recently Indie Head Massage.

Paula likes working with clients of all ages from babies to children, adults to seniors.

When Paula is not at the office you can find her with her family and friends enjoying the outdoors and special times.
